Fresh Food Policy

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Wrong item
  • Missing item
  • Damaged product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Brief description of the issue
Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The issue is verified by our team

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation starts. Once baking or delivery preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible.
